Meeting Rooms Reservation

3) Use the reservation system.

Each community member is entitled to a specific number of free reservation hours each month according to the agreement.

PET-FRIENDLY OFFICE RULES 🐾
👋 We are happy that our office is friendly not only to people but also to their pets!
To make sure everyone feels happy and comfortable, we encourage you to follow a few friendly guidelines:
🐕 Pet behavior and preparation
- Only friendly and socialized pets – your pet should feel comfortable around people and other animals. If they tend to bark, scare others, or get anxious, it’s better to leave them at home.
- Neat appearance – before arriving, please ensure that your pet is clean and free of any unpleasant scent.
- Health comes first – make sure your pet is vaccinated and does not have any health issues that could raise a risk to others.
- Nature calls – only outside! – your pet should be trained to do their business outside. The office is not an appropriate place for this, so regular walks are essential!
🏢 Pet in the office spaces
- Everyone has their own space – your pet should have its own mat, bed, or designated spot where it can feel safe.
- Freedom with responsibility – if your pet moves around the office, make sure it doesn’t jump on other people’s desks or disturb your colleagues.
🧹Cleanliness
- Mess? Clean it up immediately! – If an incident occurs (e.g., water bowl spill), please clean the area right away.
- Dishes and food – keep your pet’s food in designated containers to maintain order, and don’t forget to regularly refill the water bowl for your puppy.
👫 Colleagues and pets’ relationships
- Let’s respect each other – not all colleagues are big animal lovers. Don’t force them to interact with your pet. However, don’t be surprised if others want to enjoy spending time with it!
- Notify in advance – if you plan to bring your pet, inform your colleagues and ask if anyone is allergic or afraid of animals.
- Impeccable care – your pet is your responsibility, so monitor its behavior and ensure these guidelines are followed smoothly.

Welcome to our community! We are happy to have you here and invite you to follow a few friendly rules to ensure that everyone feels comfortable, happy, and productive.
🍵 The kitchen – our core
- Cleanliness and order – if you’ve used dishes, the coffee machine, or other kitchen appliances, please clean up after yourself. A clean kitchen = a happy community!
- Fridge friendliness – don’t forget your food. Every Friday, we have a fridge “detox.”
- Share the kindness – if you’ve brought something tasty and want to share, leave it on the communal table. Who knows, maybe you’ll brighten someone’s day!
- Microwave – it not only heats but also loves cleanliness – if something spills, please wipe it quickly so others can enjoy using it.
- Surfaces – our shared responsibility – after snacking or preparing food, please wipe down the table or any other surfaces you’ve used. It only takes a minute, but it makes the space more comfortable for everyone!
- Large dishes – the owner’s responsibility – if you’ve brought a large plastic or other container from home, don’t leave it in the dishwasher as space is limited. Wash, dry, and take it with you right away. This helps maintain order and makes space for others!
🛋️Rest areas
- Sharing the comforts – rest areas are for everyone. If you’ve taken the most comfortable sofa, invite others to join you.
- Leave it nice – take your coffee cups, snack wrappers, or documents with you so the area stays cozy for others.
- Cups want to go home too – at the end of the workday, when you’re heading home, your cup also wants to rest, so send it to the dishwasher for a good night’s sleep. It will be like new in the morning!
🌱 Our green mission
- We sort waste – you will find labels next to the bins to help you sort properly. The world will thank you!
- Let’s save resources – the lights turn off automatically (thanks to the smart office), but when leaving, please make sure not to leave the air conditioner or heater on.

What should I do if something breaks in the office?
If the situation allows you to resolve it independently with minimal effort (e.g., replacing an empty milk carton, wiping down a table, or closing a window), simply do it. If more assistance is needed, submit a request through Support Space, and we will take care of the solution.
Can a company event be organized in the shared Turicum Spaces areas?
Yes, you can organize events in the shared spaces! 🎉 It’s important to inform Daiva in advance so everything can be properly prepared. Events can also take place after working hours – whenever it’s convenient for you, let’s plan it! We are happy when you choose Turicum Spaces not only for work but also for special occasions, as they are designed to bring us joy.
Can our partners / acquaintances reserve meeting rooms and spaces?
Yes! Our partners and friends are lucky to know you! They can also reserve meeting rooms and spaces for their strategy sessions, meetings, or creative work. For pricing and details, please contact the administration.
