Facilities & Amenities
Restrooms – Located at both ends of the floor. Follow the signs or check thefloor plan below.
Kitchen – Feel free to help yourself to coffee, milk, sugar, tea, and water (still & sparkling). Please return used dishes to the kitchen and place them in the designated dishwasher.
Printing – Our printing service is self-service and available only for users whose devices are connected to our network.
Lighting & Temperature – Our workspace is designed for optimal comfort:
- Lighting is controlled automatically for the best work environment.
- Temperature can be adjusted manually using the temperature control devices on the wall to fit your preference.
Exclusive Guest Access Areas
16th Floor Terrace – Guests are welcome to visit the outdoor terrace. Use the elevator access code [insert code] to reach it.
Elevator Access for Guests – Use the code provided specially for you as our guest access to the 16-17-18 floors.
Underground Parking – Parking is available three floors below ground level. Payment for parking is made when leaving, directly from the car window just before the exit gate.
Dining Area – On the first floor, you will find “12 Minutes”, a daily restaurant offering fresh meals for lunch. The place is open till 4PM to all guests and provides a convenient dining option during your visit.
Lounge & Shared Spaces – Beyond work, Turicum Spaces provides comfortable areas for informal meetings, creative discussions, or a moment to recharge.
Coffee Area – On the first floor, you will find Eskedar Coffee, a specialty café offering expertly brewed Ethiopian coffee. The space is open until 6 PM for all guests, providing a perfect spot to enjoy a quality cup of coffee in a calm and focused environment.
Meeting Room Access
Turicum Spaces offers two meeting rooms:
- City Space on the 17th floor
- River Space on the 18th floor
You will see the meeting room reserved for you displayed on the tablet located on the meeting room door.
Presentation Tools – The rooms are equipped with a TV screen for presentations. A whiteboard is available if required.
Screen Writing & Data Protection – If using the TV screen for presentations, please ensure all content is erased before leaving to maintain data privacy.
Kitchen & Refreshments
Coffee, tea, and water (still & sparkling) are available on a self-service basis in the kitchen. Please return used dishes to the designated dishwasher.
If you require assisted coffee service for larger groups, this can be arranged upon request.
Pet-Friendly Office
Turicum Spaces is a pet-friendly office, so don’t be surprised if you meet a friendly dog during your visit. We believe a welcoming environment includes our four-legged friends as well.
